Rus Ekkel’s review published on Letterboxd:
All the post-Endgame Marvel films feel rather redundant and inconsequential and this is no different, though I thought there were good performances by Anthony Mackie and Carl Lumbly. Odd choice to reveal what was a third act twist in the marketing materials. The action and score were forgettable - movie was fine overall with a touch of 70s conspiracy thrillers, though nowhere near as engaging.
