The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes

My concern was that a story based around The Hunger Games would be too similar to the first film. This fear flew out the window when we not only got to see how differently the competition's participants are treated, how poor and stingy everything around the spectacle is, but also when we get to see the competition from the perspective of the elite and its founders. It is in the midst of all this dirt that the film stands out and shines with its own wings.

"Snow always lands on top" as he says, and it is precisely on the top that he belongs.
It's like a much, much darker version of The Founder (2016) with Michael Keaton and I'm cheering and hungry for more of Snow's malevolent cunning and power play.
