Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl

When that penguin’s shadow was released, and he came into view, my body reacted like I imagine a cornered rabbit reacts when a wolf is close enough to taste its fear.

He’s still out there. They didn’t catch him again. He’s free, and he’s plotting. This film was a showcase that whatever benefits AI can offer us, evil will eventually corrupt it and force the best of humanity to fight it. Gromit makes me believe in a better future much like the greatest generals of our European battles would have. I am not ashamed to say I had a tear in my eye of both passion and joy when Gromit saved the day again.

The different uses of the theme tune were fantastic. Perhaps TOO many characters, I will admit is a bit of a flaw. Wallace has also been very flanderised and practically turned into a walking failure. I’d like to have seen more cheese based antics, but General Gromit and his Napoleonic levels of wartime planning cover nearly all the flaws up.
