we kind of hold multiple versions of reality. there’s the one based on the signals we get from outside & then there’s our different imagination-world interpretations of them. i think it’s really beautiful we hold them all because you learn things from all of em, every way you connect to the world is important

i hold back from venting about trauma cause i’m not sure its whats best for me & we do care about it as a boundaries thing. but there’s some part of me that wishes i was just doing it all the time. i do wanna at least acknowledge that. we do wanna shout our pain from the rooftops cause we’re so so mad about it.

on some levels of our consciousness, we don’t choose to be the way we are. for a lot of us, those decisions were made by other people, and for a lot of us those people made very bad decisions. we arrive in the world at the end of the previous page in our story, and there’s no other way to land where we are than that. but it’s us there, standing at the start of this page, deserving to be loved and respected for all we are - one end of a mutual agreement to show that same love and respect forward. for anyone who needs to hear it, there is no inch of who you are inside that could ever make you less loveable <3 part of your end of the deal is to let yourself be loved for who you are
