-

Q: What would you say to someone that sees others great progress and gets discouraged that theirs isn’t coming along as quickly

A: I would say all those people with physiques that you are admiring were at some point in a very similar place as you are right now. Nobody is just born with a great physique. Some are more genetically blessed and perhaps have a body type that makes it a little easier to achieve their goals. But every single one of those people have worked hard and through commitment and determination have gotten to where they are and you can do the very same thing. That’s the amazing thing about building your ideal physique, it cannot be bought or done for you. And the only people who have it are those who have worked for it. Progress will come maybe not as quickly as you would like sometimes but every rep is one more step toward you reaching your goals. You only stop progressing if you stop trying. Keep at it and know that with time and hard work your results will come.
