how is it 2025 and there STILL isn’t a goddess/mythology deck that doesn’t include lilith as some bad ass girl boss queen? please for the love of whatever, stop doing that! stop including her in these decks. i’m begging!
before you say it — i know that i can simply take said card out of the deck. that’s not the POINT! i don’t want to support people who continue to appropriate and bastardize lilith by turning her into something she is not. these deck creators need to realize that they can’t just take whatever they want from closed practices and turn it into some fluffy woowoo bullshit.

I think so many people forget making the world a better place isn’t just about having all the ‘correct’ sociopolitical opinions and beliefs and knowing all the theory it’s also hugely about actually being a good person… everyday acts of kindness and empathy, going out of your way to help others, small moments of connection in a cold world, loving thy neighbour all that
Your beliefs die with you, doing nothing for the world on their own. Actions are what count. What will you do with your morals? That is what will live on when you are gone.

yoy all just hate me because I'm cold and distant and don't put effort into any relationships and off putting and frustrating to try to help or make plans with and I don't text and I don't call and I don't like doing much and I constantly make excuses for it all

taking my friend to and from surgery tomorrow and she's so apologetic about it but like... i want all of my loved ones to know that any time i give you a ride somewhere or help you to move or build furniture or whatever, i am not just doing it for you, i am doing it for me.
human beings are such deeply social creatures that we absolutely need community to survive, and community is not just a noun, it's a series of actions we take to help each other survive and thrive. there's a reason that volunteering for charity is such an effective tool in healing from mental health struggles.
helping my loved ones makes me happy. we are simply hardwired to be this way.
