New year, new pinned post! I have art commissions open, including character sheets, comic pages, and fully illustrated backgrounds! Red Rose tea figurines. He has a nearly complete set proudly displayed in a little glass cabinet he found at a yard sale and pestered Onewa into restoring for him. Nuju has offered several times to go looking for his missing figures on ebay or wherever but he refuses. He will hunt these ancient kitschy doodads down the old fashioned way or die trying. He goes to a LOT of yard sales and secondhand stores.

Onewa got a lot of mileage out of the Nursery Rhyme collection.

They are horrid and I love them with my whole heart. I feel like he would've started collecting them in university, when he actually drank tea with caffeine in it, and then it became a habit.

Onewa hating them is so perfect, though, he's just like "HOW are you this embarrassing I can't believe we're best friends"

katy perry's gonna die in space soon and with the state of the world it won't even make the news.. one final flop

i went to see a 10 minute play festival this summer and one was called 'celebrities in space' the crux of it was that nasa needed funding so someone came up with the idea of sending celebrities into space the others were all for it until they realized that they meant like. forever. goodbye you stupid rich fucks except then they were like 'wait this would be a net good for the world actually' and agreed to it lmao anyway i bring that up here for no reason at all. very silly play but good fun. hands down one of the best at the festival

Was doing isekai character work yesterday and went to write down that the sci fi captain character is young for a captain and got slammed by the thought “GEE GOLLY GOSH GLORIOSKY here I am the youngest captain in the fleet only 29 and a half years old” so that’s going in the dialogue at some point

this is the character that one of the twins gets isekaid into so he says this to his sister when shes explaining the character i have a very specific image of it in my head lol

ive been trying to figure out a good answer for this one since you sent it and it just suddenly came to me in a flash of inspiration of course he collects tacky ceramic figures. yeah that tracks. hes probably completely incensed that the only way to get them these days is by ordering online idek if you can get them via the canadian site or if he begs nuju to turn on the vpn so he can order american nuju is probably more annoyed abt the amt of tea he gets than the figures.
