hi guys a while ago i contacted ao3 to see if its possible to mark only meljay as common so it can be filtered! it isnt possible due to naming guidelines BUT they created a new tag for us to use that can be filtered AND anything tagged as only meljay will appear within that tag too bc it is synonym to the new tag that can be filtered: Jayce/Mel Medarda-centric

so if you plan to create meljay works and don't want to be drowned out by all the wrong tagging, use this tag to make it easier for readers to find actual meljay content. you can edit published works too! and if you know authors or have read works from authors who aren't active on social media, you can kindly leave a comment informing them about the tag in hopes for their story to reach more people of their intended audience!
