Mercury App How-To and FAQ

How do I get the new app?
- Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on Android
- Search “Phoenix Mercury” or “Suns-Mercury-PHX Arena App”
- Select GET if you do not have the app

Select your default view
- Choose what mode you want your App to open to first: Mercury, Suns, or PHX Arena
- No matter which one you choose, you’ll be able to easily toggle between modes within the App during use
- If you want to change your personalized app view at any point, you can do so in Settings

Notifications
- If you wish to receive App Notifications related to the Mercury (or Suns or PHX Arena events), select which types of Notifications you’d like to receive, and select “Done”

Profile
- Log in to your Profile using your Ticketmaster email and password to access your Mercury tickets, set up your PHX ID to pay for concessions and merchandise at PHX Arena, and further customize your App experience

Tickets
- Access your Mercury Tickets from the Ticket Quick Button or from your Profile screen
- You can scan your tickets or pay for concessions and merchandise at PHX Arena via PHX ID (Learn More HERE) or Manage Tickets before your event day via your Ticketmaster Account Manager
- If you experience issues logging in to your Ticketmaster account, or otherwise accessing your Mobile Tickets via the app, please try logging in via Ticketmaster’s mobile website on your device’s web browser (https://am.ticketmaster.com/mercury/) or contacting your Mercury Ticketing Representative for further assistance.

Settings
- Further customize your App experience in Settings – accessible from your Profile screen or the More menuHere you can change your Default mode, adjust your Notification preferences, and even choose which icon you want to display on your device for the Sun-Mercury-PHX Arena Center App (iOS only)

- Navigate to the More menu where you can find links to all types of exclusive Mercury news and content and useful tools to elevate your experience at Mercury games, including an interactive Arena Map and Food & Beverage list, along with other key Arena information
Introducing PHX ID
Accessing Tickets on Ticketmaster

Navigate to Ticketmaster
- Open your phone’s web browser, and go to https://am.ticketmaster.com/mercury/
- Select the Profile icon in the top right corner

Log-in
- Enter your Ticketmaster email address and password and Sign In

Events
- Select “My Events“

Select Event
- Find the game in question, and click the “View Event Details” button

Your Tickets
- You’ll see all the tickets that you’ve already purchased for that event here
- Click any of them to expand their details and see options

Ticket Options
- Here you have a range of options:
- Scan your tickets
- Transfer, Sell them etc.
- Add them to Wallet

Add to Wallet
- Adding your tickets to your Wallet ahead of the game is advised in case there are connectivity issues at the venue and for general ease of use

Enjoy
- Add some or all of your tickets to your Wallet, and then enjoy the Mercury at PHX Arena
