@Nihlus:, Please accept my apology, it should be "Jivan mayatra", it was a typo in using small Capital M in my original request. I had already informed the user but seems he gas not understood it clearly, I noticed his attempts here, which you thankfully have reverted. @علاء: and @Nihlus:, 'Jivan mayatra' is the account they want to keep active. 'Neel kamal Mayatra' is the one they created when they forgot the password, but since they have recovered the password for 'Jivan mayatra' and hence do not want to keep 'Neel kamal Mayatra' any more. This is what they have mentioned here on their talkpage (it's in Gujarati). As they are a new user and now remember password for both the accounts, they are interhanging between the two. But since I have raised this request for them, they have stopped using Neel kamal Mayatra.--DhavalTalk 11:17, 8 December 2017 (UTC)

@علاء:, seems there is some confusion here. What discussion are we refering to? I have just provided clarification a little while ago. Going back to your question from earlier today (08:12, 8 December 2017 (UTC)), which I just noticed, we are requesting it to be renamed to 'Jivan mayatra' (not 'Jivan Mayatra', which you find identical). As I have explained in original message and the last message above yours today, Jivan mayatra and Neel kamal Mayatra are the same user. @Nihlus:, I am not sure why. But I have noticed that he is using both accounts interchangeably, which is not good. We are a small community anyways, and someone using 2 accounts on same wiki, doesn't sound right, especially when it comes to voting, or so. If unsurping is too big a task, I could block one of his account (the one that he doesn't want to use) indefinitely. But that might in future be interpreted as me abusing my powers. Please close this request as not done, I have just noticed that this user, despite remembering passwords for both his accounts and actively using them both, have now created thrid account. @علاء: A quick translation suggests; "It's also recommended not to use the name, trademark, etc. of the organization as Wikipedia does not have an ad, and user accounts are meant to be personal rather than collectible". It doesn't seem like having an account for that purpose (official account for Football in Estonia, Estonian Football Association, or the national team) is a blockable offense. According to your CentralAuth, you only have about 120 edits and do not possess administrator rights in any project. This is what Nihlus means by "well-established or reasonably active user". I think it will take a while for you to achieve 400 edits... so I recommend that a global renamer close this request, and once you meet the requirements, you should request again for usurpation. According to the usurpation policy, the name, Shmurak, is eligible for usurpation... so I bet once you meet the requirements and request for usurpation, it should be able to go through.
