They welcomed her with cheers and happy singing. It seemed that they had waited for her return. Yoongi watched as they hugged her and as she hugged them back with a smile on her face. Yoongi listened as they welcomed her with praises to the goddesses and how she told them that she missed them. 

She told him that she was worried about their reactions. She worried that they wouldn’t accept her back, that another ruler had already taken the castle and that she would be sent away and damned to a life of nothingness. 

Yoongi felt glad that none of her worries became reality. His warriors reclaimed the castle in her name and the people were safe and healthy. They welcomed her back gladly and just one night later a big coronation ceremony was held. They all came, the court, her remaining family, his warriors, the people. They all came and celebrated the return of the princess and her new role as the Queen. Food and drink was plenty and the music was lively. 

Her siblings are with them. Her younger brother sits with his little sister as they are playing war with wooden toys. Her younger sister was dancing with her lover and just this moment the last of her siblings turns away from her after finishing the conversation. 

She turns to him then. 

“How are you liking the food?” you ask him. 

“It’s good, I was really hungry”, he says, taking a bite of his pork ribs. They had a rich flavour and the meat was juicy. Yoongi had missed the taste quite a lot. 

You watch him chew with fondness in your eyes, “I’m glad you enjoy it, eat a lot Sire. I want you leaving the festivities with your stomach aching from too much food.”

He nods his head in obedience, “I will try.” 

You give him a quick smile and touch his thigh under the table. Yoongi feels himself shiver at the touch, but attempts not to let it show. 

“My Queen”, one of the court’s members steals your attention from him.
