“It's not a bad idea.” you lifted your shoulders slightly, but otherwise stayed quiet on the passenger’s side.
Truth was, Hoseok could very well change his mind, turn around, drop you off somewhere else and tell you to call a cab and go back home. And you really didn’t want to be home tonight, not when all of your friends would be out.
“It's not a good one either. If your brother finds out–”
“He won't find out, Seok! I'll lay low.” you promised and the man looked at you with side eyes that told you he did not believe you, not for a second. So you carried on: “I’m not looking for trouble, I just wanna watch your stage.”
To that, Hoseok let out a small scoff. A debatably amused chuckle, really. “Don't pretend you're here for us.”
