Perlembagaan Republik Singapura (bahasa Inggeris: Constitution of the Republic of Singapore ) ialah undang-undang tertinggi Republik Singapura. Perlembgaan bertulis ini diolah daripada peruntukan diberikan Perlembagaan Persekutuan Malaysia melalui Perlembagaan Negeri Singapura 1963 dilaksanakan Akta Kemerdekaan Republik Singapura 1965 - Republic of Singapore Independence Act 1965 (No. 9 of 1965, 1985 Rev. Ed.) - yang memerdekakan Singapura daripada gabungan Persekutuan Malaysia berkuatkuasa pada 9 August 1965. Teks perlembagaan ini merupakan antara sumber perundangan sah di Singapura selain pentakrifan kehakiman (judicial interpretations) dokumen tersebut setrta statu-statut lain.

Part I: Preliminary
[sunting | sunting sumber]This part gives the short title (despite there being no long title) to, defines certain terms and expressions used in, and establishes other rules for interpreting the Constitution.
Part II: The Republic and the Constitution
[sunting | sunting sumber]This part states that the Republic of Singapore is independent and that the Constitution is its supreme law (which is also the theoretical basis for judicial review in Singapore[5]).
