crestfall  is  a  city  built  on  contradictions  â  glamorous  on  the  surface,  but  rotten  underneath.  behind  its  modern  skyline  and  booming  businesses  lies  a  world  controlled  by  the  powerful  dupont  family,  whose  empire  fractured  after  a  brutal  betrayal  between  brothers.
from  that  split  came  two  criminal  factions;  red,  a  polished  syndicate  built  on  corruption  and  control,  and  noir,  a  movement  born  in  rebellion  that  evolved  into  a  weapon  of  manipulation  and  fear.
