Beef Meat Cuts Foldable Notes - Retail and Primal Cut ID
Students will be able to accurately locate beef primal cuts and be able to name what retail cuts come from different areas on the animal body after they complete these foldable notes. Students will cut out each beef primal cut and glue the pieces in the correct location on the cattle outline to create a flap. Under each flap students can write in the correct primal cut and then complete the boxes surrounding the outline by writing in what retail meat cuts come from each of the primal cut areas.
