I'm loving this new Expressions In Ink Specialty Designer Series Paper with it's marble artistic look and the small flecks of gold here and there. Simply Beautiful! This has to be one of the quickest and prettiest cards I have ever made. Hi everyone, I was asked to make an anniversary card that was a simple floral one, preferably red! They didn't really want butterflies, but an accident with some distress ink meant I had to cover it up! I've used this die a lot lately but it is one of my all time favourites! I bought some alcohol inks the other day. This is the first piece I made with them. (You're going to find a lot of blues on my blog this year. Just sayin'. ) I added Ranger alcohol inks in Aqua, Sailboat Blue, Indigo and Mermaid, plus some silver mixative, to some Ranger Inkssentials white Gloss Paper. Today, I am sharing three cards I made, all very similar, but slightly different. For this first one, I used alcohol inks in blue and green, and the sentiment dies are all white. I removed some of the ink using lift ink over a geometric stencil - you can see it if you look closely!
