Rich and smooth chocolaty treat!

Ingredients:
250 ml heavy cream (1 cup)
80 g dark chocolate (2.8 oz)
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp agar agar

Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, sugar, and chopped dark chocolate.
2. Sprinkle agar agar or gelatin over the mixture.
3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes until the chocolate is melted and the agar agar or gelatin is fully dissolved.
4. Once the mixture is smooth and well combined, remove it from the heat.
5. Lightly oil a bowl or individual serving molds.
6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared bowl or molds.
