I figured I would share some pros and cons (things I will change on the next one) here  PROS:  - size: it is 8ftx3ft and the floor is 5 ft off the ground.   - floor: I like the wire mesh floor because there dropping can just fall through keeping their enclosure clean.   - water and feed: I like the water and feed set up on this hutch. The gravity fed water keeps there water clean and the feeders keep them with food 24/7   - structure: I like that I used cedar boards around the sides because they are natural insect repellent.
