Monday was my first day back to work from maternity leave so I was up & at it early before the kids woke up! I did this lift + a 3 mile run and it took me just under an hour total.

Bridge Chest Press — 4 x 10
Incline Push-Up — 4 x 10
Curl to OH Press — 4 x 8
T Raise — 4 x 6
Band Assisted Pull-Ups — 30 total reps
