Clerodendrum trichotomum is a broadleaf deciduous shrub or tree with green foliage. In fall and summer white flowers emerge followed by black, blue and red fruit. Natural colour. 'Harlequin Glorybower' berries. (Thanks Snow41 for the ID). These berries when the pink case opens are green - turning to turquoise - turning to blue - to navy as the berry matures.

Harlequin Glorybower

A most unusual tree. The blooms are white to begin with and gradually turn dark pink. The seed is almost a navy color. I will show this tree in stages later and maybe make a mosaic of the different stages of blossom.
