I grouped various colors together just like the colors of Holi. Each table cover is enough for a 9 or 10” embroidery hoop and I used both inner and outer hoop to create 2. I then tied some yarn to create hangers and they were ready to go. The wind picked up and the last shot just feels like a party. These are waterproof and store easily so will definitely be bringing them out each year. . The felt pennant banner is from Amazon. I was going to DIY this but was much cheaper and better readymade. .
