1. Prepare the Beef:
 In a small skillet over medium heat, spray oil, add the extra-lean ground beef 96%lean 4%fat, and add taco seasoning. I accidentally overcooked mines LOL it’s hard to film and cook at the same time okay !😂

2. Soften the Tortillas:
 While the beef cooks, dampen a paper towel by wetting it and wringing out the excess water until it is damped. Place the low-calorie tortillas between the dampened paper towel and microwave for 15–30 seconds, or until they are soft. This will prevent them from breaking during the next steps.

3. Shape and Season the Tortillas:
