Part of the main reason why the noodles gone bad because of overcooked and not cleaning it properly after it has been cooked.  I’m using 3 Ladies Brand in size medium. You can purchase this at most or all Asian Supermarkets. Different noodles brands require different cooking times(2-3 minutes different) but same methods for cleaning.  1•Add enough water to submerge the noodles and for it to expand.  2•Bring water to a full boiling first. Add 1 teaspoons salt and the noodles.  3•Bring back to a full boiling. Let it continue to boiling for 5-6 minutes  4•Turn off the stove, cover and let it sit for another 5-6 minutes.
