During this 3.5-hour workshop, participants will get to learn basic bookbinding skills and how to handcraft an exposed spine book using 3 different stitches - french link stitch, link stitch and kettle stitch. Participants will be able to customise their books by choosing from blank and/or dotted grid pages and from a variety of colours for the cover and thread.

How to bind a book Step 1: Folding Signatures  First you'll be making the text block, which is the sewn pages of the book. Tear the pages out of the sketch pad.
