Happy Tuesday! Today we painted with toothbrushes! I made some shaving cream paint using shaving cream and glue! We took toothbrushes and painted a giant tooth! It was a perfect fine motor and sensory activity-even though not everyone was a fan of the "paint" getting on their hands :) Someone had other ideas with their tooth and colored it a little first! This week’s theme was Dental Health. I talked about all the yucky stuff that gets on our teeth and how important it is to keep them nice and clean! For this activity, my 2 year olds used a popsicle stick with a cotton ball glued to the end as a “toothbrush”—they brushed the green dry erase marker off the tooth until it was all clean! This was such a fun activity!
