An excellent probiotic , it helps to beat the heat , cools the gut and prevents from heatwave .  It can be made with wheat ,barley or bajra flour. I have used ragi flour this time .   This particular ragi ki raab is also called as ragi Ambli in Karnataka and so delicious to consume in summers .   The ragi slurry used to make the raab can be stored in fridge for 2-3 days .   Here’s the simple recipe for it -  Dahi - 1 cuo plus one cup water  Ragi flour - 1/4 cup  Water for ragi paste - 1 cup Salt to taste  Roasted jeera powder , fresh coriander and salt to taste   Method - *  Take curd ( 1 cup water and 1 cup dahi approx) and make a thick butter milk  *. Meghna’s Food Magic on Instagram: "GONDH KI RAAB - I was under the weather a few days ago; due to cold, cough and fever so made this traditional Gujarati Gond Ki Raab. Perfect Winter drink. Gond is known to boost stamina, helps reduce back pain & joint pain; and is also good for people with low Vitamin D. Recipe is very easy - - Take 3 tbs of Gond (gundar) and fry it in 3-4 tbs of Ghee; on a slow flame - it will take 7-8 minutes- Gond will fluff up and become crunchy - Take it in a bowl and crush it - Now in the crushed Gond add 3 tbs Sonth (Saunth / Ginger Powder) Powder , 1 tbs Ganthoda Powder (Peepramul Powder), cardamom powder (optional), 5 tbs chopped almond, 5-6 tbs dry grated coconut - Mix this mixture well - Now in a kadhai, boil 2 cups of water - Add jaggery as per your taste - I Low Vitamin D, Boost Stamina, Food Magic, Not Feeling Well, Winter Drink, Ginger Powder, Fair Food, Under The Weather, Feeling Well
