💥 The wall is your friend.

I know that not everyone can lay with their feet propped up against a wall when they're experiencing low back or sciatic pain. Performing this stretch has made a tremendous difference in my quality of life.

This stretch can be done in a number of distinct ways. My favorite aspect of this exercise is how stress-free it is on the back.

You don't even have to get on the floor to do this; a headboard or a wall can serve as a makeshift support while you try it out in bed.

Some Chiropractors are talented and helpful but We encourage them to learn how to mathematically verify the forces to realign the Spine with Scoliosis Gym instead of using forceful manipulations.
