These are the best tacos and you need to make them this summer!

Recipe
• Marinate the Skirt Steak in orange juice, lime juice,16oz lager, green onions, cilantro, garlic and bbq rub for 2-6 hrs
• Grill over direct heat until it has char and reaches 135F internal
• Grill shrimp seasoned with a Blackening seasoning
• Assemble on a corn tortilla with Oaxaca cheese, grilled steak, shrimp and chimichurri

Chimichurri Ingredients
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Juice 1 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
