Separate skittles by color. 10 skittles for 1 oz vodka. I used 20 oz water bottles to pour vodka and skittles in. Shake as fast as you can for a few minutes. Shake again in a couple of hours. Let sit overnight. Strain white foam using coffee filter and funnel. I used 40 oz of sky vodka and 400 skittles to make 60 test tube shots. they were a huge hit.
