I keep hearing about pickle salsa and how amazing it but living in my small town I can’t just easily go out and buy things and duh, making it homemade sounds better anyways! I happened to have all the ingredients and in 10 minutes I had THE most amazing salsa that is so perfect on its own or topped on burgers. Trust me, you will be making this all season! If there's one soup you make this fall/ winter.... please let it be this! It's such an easy 30 min soup to make and sweet baby Jesus is it good! Between the seasoned beef, cream cheese and crushed tomatoes... IT'S GOOD! It's pretty similar to my tomato soup but with a twist of ground beef and noodles and I've been making it since my college days. Trust me when I say that I will be on your weekly dinner menu! I made this for Memorial Day and there wasn’t a single piece left in the bowl. It was THAT good.
