- 10-12 garlic cloves 
- juice of 1 lemon
- pinch of salt
- 240ml neutral vegetable oil 

Method:

- In a tall, narrow container (that fits your immersion blender), combine all the ingredients 
- Insert the immersion blender into the container, ensuring it touches the bottom.
- Start blending at the bottom. do not move it until you start seeing the Toum becoming white and thick. This should take a couple of minutes.
- Once the majority of it has thickened, you can start moving your blender upwards. 
-Mix until the desired consistency.

⚠️chili toum ⚠️

- 2 tbsps prepared toum
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1 tsp chili paste

Method: 

place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully incorporated .
