Ana Nelson 🇲🇽| food | home | recipes on Instagram: "Easy refried beans ⤵️⤵️ ✅ You can make these in a pot but will take longer ✅ I use high pressure and seal ✅ If your beans run out of water before being done simply add more and cook a bit longer ✅ Traditionally we use pinto and lard but you can use what you want. I can't promise they will be the best ever though ✅ I soaked my beans over night here but I usually don't and I cook on IP for 2.5 hours ✅ I manually release the pressure ➡️➡️➡️ My rule is for every 1 CUP OF BEANS I add 4 cups of water. That's just me. And as long as you have that finger length in water it should be fine. To refry: - lard (enough to cover bottom thinly) - onion - pickled jalapeño juice + jalapeño - salt Let me know if you have any questions ❤️
