To be fair, this anime is not a shota anime like you think it is. Usually in this stack you find shota paired up with some older girl. But here it's more like a normal High schooler paired with a milf. So, this qualifies more for large age gap category, but the facial features of Alto, the protagonist qualifies for a shota tag.

Here Koshi is the shota and this show is a harem... and ecchi... and there are some very explicit scenes...

Basically Azusa, the main character, who is an isekai character, comes to the new world and decides to open a business and treat his employees well, maybe the way he wanted to be treated by his boss in the real world. It is "harem"-ish, because it doesn't gave an active persuasion for love by any girl.

Here Kouta, the main male protagonist "looks" like a shota but he isn't... (some anime logic) but he has an over obsessive friend, who is actually a fox girl and loves him... Yes, she "looks" older than him.
Bonus, he also interacts with her mom...

Basically this story appeals more towards woman than a man in my opinion. This follows the trope "a good girl can fix a bad boy". Here Livius is a shota and king of his Empire and needs to marry a girl to bear child... that's how the older girl comes to the picture.
To gauge the story, you can think of this like an onee-shota version of "Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke's Mansion" anime.

This anime follows the trope of "a main male protagonist paired up with a feminine non-human/non-living character". Here Naoto is the shota who is poor and loves mechanics, so he gets an "older girl" robot and becomes his servant.

This is a onee-shota anime even though the girl doesn't look like an older person. She is a vampire, so she would look young...
Kou is a middle school student accidently rizzed this vampire girl..

This anime also follows the trope of "a main male protagonist paired up with a feminine non-human/non-living character". Just think the female maid robot as Astroboy powers. The only reason why I'm putting this here because the robot maid is a lot older than Misato, the main male protagonist. She is almost like his mom. Also here the teacher wants to have him as her partner 😏

Just to be clear, this is not a pure shota based anime. It depends on how you view the main character, Kei. It's again, because the main female protagonist is a teacher (alien kind) and looks like a milf... so...

This is not a strictly a shotacon anime since the main protagonist; Alexander goes to the same school as the girls and even in the same class but looks like a child and drinks mama's milk like a child...
Thus you can tell, this is an ecchi "chemistry lesson" anime. It is harem-ish...

Technically there is not shota... but one of the protagonist sure looks like one. Also this is a 4korma anime, meaning different male protagonist rizzing up different female protagonists, all in the same universe and timeline. Basically it's a student-teacher relationship anime with ecchi being pro max ultra.

Basically, here a warrior woman takes custody of the prince of a kingdom and need to raise him away from the kingdom and have to be like his mother. Yes, he is a shota...-ish boy. You'll like it.

Yes, it has shota but he is a pseudo-shota. Meaning, if a girl kisses him on his lips as a shota, he becomes a big daddy dilf and also becomes very powerful. This is a harem and has good explicit ecchi as well.

In this anime, Asahi is the main character (though not a shota standard character but a younger brother) goes to isekai with his big sister. So expect incest trope being played. Don't worry, it's not like Yosuga on Sora.

It's short, but it fits the bill. Sora (the MC) looks like a shota, and is in a relationship with his older sister, Aki.

If you have seen any Studio Trigger anime, this is the start of it. For our context, there is a shota and there is an older girl (not a woman). It's chaotic and somewhat enjoyable.

Basically, this boy called Photon loved a woman but she got married to someone else but as her last wish to him, she asked him to take care of her younger sister. She eventually becomes a part of his harem. Meanwhile, an alien girl comes (milf like) and becomes his "soul-mate".

Think of this anime as the harem-ish version of of Zesteria the X; Lite edition.
