not problematic for me, but some people side eyethe fact that they met when one of them was underage, but imo it's not grooming since nothing really happens at that time, the underage kid leaves, and comes back much much later and by his own accord decides to try things with him.

OmegaVerse BL so it's confusing (I don't think I fully understood the anatomy of this particular universe) but that aside, it's just a cutesy SoL anime with child care. Personally enjoyed it, there's ton of affection and it's wholesome.
