Ok , so I have a shifting a rent I really Need to tell you right now , I was trying to Shift in to my kpop Dr. And I Was only laying in my bed and just started to think what it would feel like to be in my Dr. So what I have to do and so on. I also said affirmation and talked to myself, I let all my confidence in that and I suddenly started to see white. It all started to feel really weird and my heart was really hammering in my chest. It really felt like I was in my Dr but then my head started to question what if I really shift? Can you please help me find out what I can do about it? I'm great full for every answer

it sounds like you were in a really good space, especially with the affirmations and confidence you were putting into it. The white vision and the feeling of your heart racing are signs that you were close. To help next time, stay calm with deep breaths, acknowledge your doubt without letting it control you, refocus on sensory details of your DR, and remind yourself you’re in control. ALSO doubts dont hold u back unless you think they do

Shifting to a new reality doesn’t mean you can get possessed while you’re there. In shifting, you’re usually in a state where you’re fully aware of what’s going on in your desired reality (DR), and you’re in control. You’re essentially “visiting” a place in your mind, not giving up control of your body or being taken over.

When you mini-shift and feel nervous, try this: Acknowledge the fear and remind yourself you’re safe in your DR. Focus on the details around you to stay grounded, like the air, sounds, or textures. Breathe slowly (inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4) to calm yourself. Repeat affirmations like, I’m in control,” or “I’m safe here.” Shift with the intention to feel calm, and before you start, set the goal to stay grounded. PLUS PLUS PLUS script that u automatically open ur eyes in ur dr when u have fully shifted

I had like a weird experience.This place felt familiar to my cr and I was kinda aware that I was actually sleeping in my cr. I had emotions I guess and could like kinda decide what I can do. However since I struggle with intrusive thoughts and urges like (really bad urges),I acted upon on them. I’m not sure if that was a shifting experience cause I haven’t shifted yet. I just kinda don’t hope so cause I know that people in ur dr are real. It kinda felt like I had the decision to do so..so I just went with the urge…Im asking other blogs to do I can get different opinions I hope that is okay!.I really can’t describe what I have experienced.I also kinda felt my body.

It sounds like you’re looking for a simpler perspective on it. It seems like you might have been very close to shifting but didn’t fully make the jump yet. It’s not unusual for there to be moments where you feel some awareness and control. Intrusive thoughts or urges dont do anything to your journey so what you have them. They wont ruin your shfiting journey but i know it can be hard. I think the key takeaway is that you were in that space, and it’s totally okay if you didn’t fully shift this time. You’re still on the path, and this experience could be part of you getting closer to that moment. I reccomend you trying to seperate your intrusive thoughts and your beliefs
