how do you update the game if you already downloaded it?
I downloaded the game when pico stress mix wasnt added and i dont know how to update the game does anyone know how i can update it?
Just install it it auto updates then log into newgrounds then everytime the game updates just log in and it will show your progress
does it work if i donwloaded it from here on itch.io? cus i opened it and it dosent have the stress pico mix

There was once when Newgrounds (NG) would save all of my data in Friday Night Funkin (high score/% on songs and story mode, unlocking Pico, the vim-like controls (HJKL) that I had put in instead of ASWD).
[ISSUE] For the past 3 days or so I lost all of my progress even if I have logged into Newgrounds via itch dot io. Are there any workarounds? I don’t wanna have to spend 10 minutes coping pre-game (having to unlock Pico every single time I come back) and it looks like there isn’t a way to export save data into a file. I may be cooked.
i think they will fix it in the next bugfix update or week 8 (if week 8 you are cooked because it is probably gonna take another 6 months)) or you have to wait for someone to make a fixed port

Please fix the file explorer on the chart editor, it's so hard to load or save charts or even just add the music that needs to be in the song when the game just crashes 3 seconds after opening the explorer
Try other engines that have good file explorers or try making one that just opens the normal file explorer of your device and lets you choose from there

To be honest, this update was awesome, the songs were catchy AF, although i am kind of annoyed considering the fact that i cant hit some of the 3 note parts with the arrow key ( EX: Cocoa Pico Mix)

The input delay option is broken, no matter how high or low i set it to, it gets auto adjusted when playing a song
Unless i pause mid song, then it gets fixed.
Or restart the game every time i change it...

You will get better with time just dont look at the arrows let your brain play you just need to enjoy the music
Am I the only one who has trouble running the cutscenes? Every time I try to load Weekend 1 on the Newgrounds website and the downloadable version, the game crashes. Same goes for week 7.
Are you on mac and use safari? If you do try running the game on a chromium browser (worked for me when i used to be a mac user).
And if that doesnt work and ur on pc, idk, might be ur pc specs.
Uhh the game gives me an error everytime i try to use an animation or open animation editor can you fix it please?

Windows, but it started working after I wrote this. No idea what caused it or what fixed it.
Played this almost everyday - did some scores change? (Arrow placements on Philly Nice and Ugh - Hard mode didn’t match muscle memory haha.)
EDIT: I have 0.5.3 downloaded and I don’t know if this is A Thing™ that only I’m seeing on the online version.
Also, if I download the new version (0.6.x), how do I transfer progress from the old offline version to the new one? I’m almost 100% on Hard Mode and I kinda don’t wanna lose that xd

Look for Funkin-Legacy-Linux on Google. Newgrounds works in that build :)
I don't know if this is a bug or not, but when I release the button on the long arrow, it just disappears. As for me, this is a bug.
no it isn't, since the weekend 1 update, they made it so that the hold arrows counts for 1 note only in the score, so that's why when you miss it, it completely disappears.
Keeps crashing when I try to start the game every now and then.
