They’re super easy to make! - 1 cup white distilled vinegar - 1/4 cup water - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - 1 tbsp kosher salt - 4 cups sliced cucumbers - 1 tsp pickling spice, separated In a saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Place the brine over medium heat and let it come to a boil. Prepare the cucumbers in chips or spears. Pack the cucumbers into jars, sprinkle on the pickling spice, then pour the hot brine over the top. Place a lid on each jar and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the pickles to sit in the brine for two days before enjoying."
