Today's card is a quick & easy one featuring the versatile Balloon Celebration stamp set and coordinating Balloon Bouquet punch. This was inspired by a card I saw created by Linda Callahan. Love that this could easily be used for more than a baby card. Just by changing out the colors, you can say congratulations for just about anything...graduation, promotion, wedding and many more. This is a perfect card to make several of in different colors to keep on hand.

I absolutely love the striking, fabulous card by Lisa from I'm in Haven and the Simon Says Stamps Balloons die had just arrived to my little craft corner. This is a brilliant way to use up scraps the only real difference from Lisa's card is I wanted clouds but the camera hasn't picked up the blue very well.
