A tasty dish Italian in origin but popular in France either as a starter or main.

Serves 1:

Fillet Steak x 125g
Capers x 25g
Rocket Salad x handful
Lemon Juice x 1/2 lemon
Parmesan x shavings
Extra Virgin Olive Oil x good splash
Seasoning
Basil leaves a few

If you have the time (4-5 hours), freeze your fillet steak as it makes it easier to slice thinly.
Also pound the steak to make it as thin as you can.

This is really nice served with a good Chianti!
