It is a simple cake made with a classic Vanilla sponge cake layered with vanilla Custard cream and topped with a generous drizzle of Chocolate glaze. What’s not to love ? 
 
This recipe is without eggs and dairy and this cake is so easy to make! 

Vanilla Cake: 
•225 ml Milk (Unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice)
•22ml White Vinegar 
•225g  Granulated Sugar or golden sugar 
•2tsp Vanilla Extract or 2 tsps of Vanilla bean powder 
•120ml Oil ( neutral oil)
•210g All Purpose Flour
•15g Corn Starch 
•1/4tsp Baking Soda 
•1 + 1/2tsp Baking Powder 
•Pinch of Salt 

Method: Preheat oven to 350F, line with two 9 inch round cake pan with baking paper. In a bowl combine warm milk and vinegar . Let it is 9 Inch Round Cake, Custard Cream, Vanilla Bean Powder, Vanilla Sponge Cake, Boston Cream Pie, Eggless Baking, Boston Cream, Chocolate Heaven, Vanilla Sponge
