✅ Recipe
1. Aquafaba which is liquid from canned or boiled chickpeas - 5 tablespoons
2. Cream of tartar - 1/4 teaspoon or 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
3. Icing sugar - 450 g
5. Flavouring of your choice 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
5. Gel good colouring (optional)

✔️ Method
1. In a large bowl add aquafaba, cream of tartar and flavouring
2. Now add half the amount of icing sugar and mix well. 3. Then add the remaining half and combine.
4. In a mixer, give it a blitz till it all combines and has a glossy sheen.

You can add more water to thin the consistency to desired preference.
