This morning in the garden 🌿 We harvested: Jalapeños Banana peppers Cayenne peppers Onions Potatoes I have zucchini coming out of my ears so I’ll be starting zucchini relish and will can it tomorrow. I still have garlic to preserve (garlic spread and peeling to freeze) I also have peaches I’ll get to canning. The potatoes I’ll can most of them . The jalapeños I’ll use for cowboy candy and hopefully I’ll be able to harvest more banana peppers so I can slice those up and can them. We have ...
