Now before you start sending all the hate (don’t sorry, I’m used to it), you better try it cuz it will blow your mind. Most protein bars on the market are junk, and the ones claiming they contain protein aren’t the full complete protein your body needs nor wants. This 2-ingredient bar will satisfy your sweet tooth all while helping you meet your protein needs. BOOM! 

Just melt 1 cup of  dark chocolate and add 2 scoops of @equipfoods beef protein (use “lilsipper” at checkout to save) and mix well. Transfer into a silicone mold and refrigerate until firm. ENJOY!

Ingredients: 

2 cup dates seeds removed
1 cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sunflower seed or nut of choice ( I’m allergic) 
½ cup grated coconut
1 tbsp hemp seed 
1 tbsp chia seed 
1/2 cup craisins 
1 cup melted peanut butter, nut butter or wow butter 
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 

A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Pulse first 7 ingredients in a food processor. 

Dump into bowl, add melted nut butter. 

Pour into brownie pan and push down, add chocolate chips on top and push those into the bars. 

Sprinkle with sea salt. 

Chill until hardened.
