We've been busy making some 11th hour updates to our home before it goes on the market. Take a look at how we've refreshed our Edwardian hallway.

It’s a hard job but if you don’t mind having a go, then it’s worth it as you could save at least £1,000 per room! •THE PREP• Firstly you need to see what you’re dealing with so pull back the carpet to check if any boards are damaged. We had quite a few that needed replacing, especially on the landing, as they had been cut through by electricians during a re-wire 😫 We asked at a local reclamation yard and were given a contact for someone who sourced reclaimed boards to match - ours were from an old factory in Liverpool!
