Boom! We just did this! This is such a healthy meal plan to lose weight on a budget. This helped us do more clean eating for our family but has simple recipes making it easy for beginners. We made 2 weeks of meals in 3 hours for less than $160 and this was perfect for picky eaters! They included a shopping list for the week with the menu, and each meal has tons of protein (you can double it too). I'm going to try to lose the last 10 pounds with this for the next two weeks. I’m not putting myself on the back burner, my kids have healthy snacks, lunches are easier to pack, and we are all eating high quality food with less food wasted.
