This brush is shaped like a wedge with a fine tip. I am still learning how to use this brush, so I make lots of mistakes. Thankfully, I am a recovered perfectionist, so mistakes don’t bother me. To those of you who struggle with self-criticism related to perfectionism (which robs a person of joy and often makes them want to give up), always remember that art is a journey, not a destination. Learn from your mistakes and welcome those that work. This is how we get better at what we do! I’m using #danielsmithartistsmaterials Daniel Smith watercolors (colors are noted in the reel).
