It’s not about always being positive. Happy all the time is not only unrealistic, it’s impossible. Further, happiness is a side effect of the rest of life and how we perceive it. For me I don’t ever just “get happy” or stay positive all the time, there are certain things I need to create a space for happiness to exist.
