1. prowling or crouched walking 
2. Terminal knee extension (TKE) 
3. Lateral excursion/slider/star pattern (many names 😂)

📚 This is only one RCT study, so I’m not saying there’s high-level evidence out there for this, but the incorporation or addition of these into a comprehensive routine, or adding them to a home program (if appropriate) can’t hurt!

It also helps you to strengthen into extension, creating some stability in that position. Notice that the knee tracks forward over the toes in each repetition prior to extending. If you are prone to hyperextending the knees, you may never be able to completely stop it; however, you can get stronger in that position and work to reduce discomfort there.
