Typically, it’s fried with an egg coating, but I went all in and butchered the recipe by using Panko breadcrumbs for that extra crunch! 😂 I also added mozzarella cheese because, honestly, who can resist cheese? 😂 Ingredients: - 4-5 Potatoes - Chopped fresh coriander (2-3 tablespoons) - 1 Green chili (chopped, optional) - ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon Red chili powder - Salt and pepper (to taste) - 1 teaspoon Crushed chili flakes For coating: - Plain flour - Eggs - Panko breadcrumbs - Cooking oil (for frying) 1.
