The artist uses scale through showing the viewer a known small animal, like a chick, as significantly larger especially when compared to the man. The artist takes something the viewer knows and makes it unfamiliar.

For the Principles of Design I did balance, contrast, emphasis, movement, pattern, and rhythm. The hardest I thought was rhythm because you had to combine movement and pattern together.
